Encik Muhammad is very helpful in answering my queries before going there and given me the quotes as well.Decided to upgrade my 4 wheels to a better ones at Rm180, rims changed as well. First, I got my bag handle replaced. Mr. Muhammad change it on the spot.Then, I went again to get the wheels change for my another bag. This time I had to leave overnight as he had many bags in queue. Superb service by this shop!! Easy parking in the front of the shop too.Thank you.
Went to get the handle replaced for my Antler luggage bag. Was nicely done in 20mins at RM60. Really prompt service. The shop was undergoing some minor renovation but no worries, there's a banner at the shop with a mobile number to reach. New handle comes with 3mths warranty. Parking available along the front during the weekends, but may be difficult to find vacant lots on weekdays.
I am very satisfied with his repairs on my bags. He repaired the handles on two of my bags which was broken and also replaced all four wheels on one of the bags which was really in bad shape. Very good workmanship and the handles and wheels come with warranty too. It was also very easy to deal with him.
